Jay currently acts as our Chief Strategy Officer. He works to automate processes, develop strategies for business expansion, oversees strategic partnerships with local companies and supports market research. Aside from overseeing these duties, Jay works to ensure that both our guests and clients have a "Select" experience

Sam operates as our CFO. He handles pricing strategy, trend analysis, general finances and conducts extensive market research into the properties that we ultimately begin to manage. Sam also strives to create a "Select" experience for guests and clients alike, while ensuring that every property is reaching its maximum potential.
